What to Expect From the New La Clara Condo Tower in West Palm
The new La Clara condo project that’s being planned for West Palm is certainly one of the more high-profile developments coming through the pipeline. But given the building isn’t projected to be finished until 2021, La Clara still flying under the radar so-to-speak, which means now is as good of a time as any to run though what to expect from this gorgeous new condo tower.
The Basics
La Clara is being developed by Great Gulf, a Toronto-based company with a portfolio that includes 18 high-rise developments across North America. When finished, La Clara will stand 25 stories high and feature 83 condominium residences.
The Location
The development site is located on the west side of Flagler Drive, roughly a half-mile south of Okeechobee Boulevard.
The Units
One, two, and three-bedroom floor plans will be featured here and units will range in size from 1,500 to over 3,000 square feet. Common interior finishes will include contemporary kitchens with Miele appliances, gorgeous bathroom surrounds, and an expansive corner window with spectacular views and a private terrace.
The Pricing
While individual unit pricing has yet to be released, it is expected that most condos will be listed somewhere between $2 and $3.5 million.
