His marketing is so effective that even prior to the listing going active, he had more than ten showings with detailed feedback from each showing. Our house received an offer in less than 24 hours after being listed. Dylan was very creative in negotiating the sale price and during the period between the house going under contract and through closing, Dylan was accessible and resolved any issue that came up. Dylan made selling our home stress free.
